Intellectual property policy

AUTOCA™ is a proprietary AI-powered accounting automation platform. This policy explains ownership of our technology and acceptable use of AutoCA intellectual property.

1. Ownership

AutoCA and its operator own or license all rights in the software, AI workflows, invoice extraction engine, GST reconciliation systems, bank statement automation, Tally integration workflows, user interface, documentation, branding (including AUTOCA™), and proprietary business logic. AUTOCA™ is a Trademark Applied (Class 9 & 42), Application No. 7794770.

2. License to users

Subject to your subscription and Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AutoCA for your internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, commercially imitate, scrape, or create derivative works from AutoCA technology without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you upload. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, bank files, or client records. Our IP covers the platform, models, and workflows—not your underlying business documents.

5. Enforcement

We protect our intellectual property under applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws in India and relevant jurisdictions. Violations may be reported through customer support.
